Building Effective Teams & Being an Effective Team Member

Teamwork is critical to business and organizational success, yet often teams operate with suboptimal effectiveness and team members who are underutilized or even frustrated. This workshop led by Dr. Douglass Teschner will explore methods to create team cohesion and support a positive team work climate, including tips to both lead teams and ways to effectively contribute as a team member to enhance team effectiveness. The 1.5-hour online workshop will provide practical tools to enhance motivation, work satisfaction, collaboration, and productivity. Each participant will be given a Personal Leadership Development Worksheet to develop a plan to strengthen individual team building skills.
Presenter Douglass Teschner, Ed.D., founded Growing Leadership LLC to partner with business, nonprofits, and government to unlock leadership potential and inspire people and organizations to thrive and grow.
